Chiller Sound Insulation
The Chillers are injection cooling systems that transfer the heat from a source to another source. The chiller cooling systems consist of a compressor, a condenser, expansion valve and an evaporator; when operational, they can turn into great noise sources because of the sounds caused by multiple components. The most active way to absorbe the noise is to keep the noise under control.
The most important thing is to find the correct conditions which won’t negatively affect the device performance. An acoustic cabin we can build with our special-production acoustic panels will keep the noise under control for the chiller cooling groups in the area. All of the products we prefer to use for production not only have the required certifications, but they are also fire-resistant materials.
During this process, our engineering department adds acoustic culverts or acoustic dampers to the required points by preserving the air flow rate required during the project design stage considering the air circulation necessary for the device. Moreover, working area required inside to intervene in the devices in the following processes and the acoustic doors that allow access to such areas are added.
Our Company undertakes to completely eliminate the noise problem after the planned process is completely applied. We provide the technical support after the assembly stage is completed.
